Best travel times are during rush hour. Marta slows down at 6:30 PM. Marta slows even more on Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays.
If you use the center island part of the platform, you can easily get to trains traveling in both directions on your line. Be strong! You will go broke if you gave in to every panhandler that approached you!
In the Five Points bathrooms watch you step you do not want to fall in there. Oh hold your breath too and watch your back when your in there. :-) just saying....

Trivia: The weird looking statue in the middle of the Five Points intersection is an interpretation of an artesian well structure once at the site. Stand by nearby manhole, can -hear- spring still!
Barrett BristerNovember 9, 2012This station is a maze; there are multiple ways to get to the same platform. All the signs are accurate, though; pick a route and you should be fine. If you're leaving here, look for "To Street."
My daughters were so funny as we're swam upstream trying to get off the train here. "I thought we're supposed to let people get off before getting on" "yes we are"
Use Google maps to plan ur trips. They are pretty accurate
WINSTONIAN BLACKJuly 3, 2010Best time to ride is any time other than rush hour. Hope you get a clean train, without any annoying a$@ teenagers, or crazy bipolar homeless people. Wash hands and burn any garments after exiting.
No Northspring (Red) train after 7pm. Exit at Lindbergh to catch the Northspring. Train comes every 20 mins after 7pm, and whenever it feels like it after 9pm.

Buses, trains, escalators, non-stop evangelism, this place has everything! The elevators now even have urine detectors.
Get some eye contact going with someone ur attracted too and see where it goes. U might find ur match!!!

Always be vigilant when your transferring or hanging around here. Alot of shady people are always around.- Be careful crossing the streets, roads are raggedy and will trip you up!

If you get on train in certain cars you can get off with stairs in front of you! Trip planning is everything with Marta
The station itself is old and dirty. But there are restrooms on the top floor that are surprisingly clean and well kept.
Avoid the area. The homless and scammers are getting more and more agressive.
Most of the Regional Express buses pickup on the Forsyth St. side... FYI, b/c the MARTA information station doesn't know WHERE CCT & GRT meet. They "aren't connected"...SMDH
Watch out for game nights rude and inconsiderate people won't let you up the stairs and the train conductor will shut the door in your face!
The vendor on the Forsyth side has fanta apple cans for sale!! So fire!!

- Don't have to be somewhere on time... It won't happen, ain't enough trip planning in the world. They have the nerve to charge $95/mo for this... Get it together Marta!
- Wear dark glasses and head phones so you don't have to acknowledge the panhandlers.
- The beggars will leave you alone if you give them the stink eye.
- If you see a kid from Woodward Academy, beware!!!! There are more nearby. They have no supervision. If you encounter one, tell them to play with Mickey Mouse by the Third Rail.
Teach somebody a lesson in subway. Let people off the train b4 you try getting on or don't say anything when you get knocked over

If there are a bunch of teens on the car, get on a different car! They tend to be very loud!! There are always crazy ppl around that talk to themselves, just ignore them they won't bother you!- The facade of the Eiseman Bldg, torn down to build the stn, was taken apart and rebuilt on the north interior wall.
Great shopping around this area. Lots of events happen here too.
