- Mingster CSeptember 28, 2014Best xiao long baos in Flushing IMO. Service is very good for a small & busy place. The noodles are amazing and bouncy against my teeth. Bus from Flushing train station, q20a/b or 44 towards Jamaica.
- Kenny KhuuSeptember 20, 2018The crab xiao long bao is the star for me here. Unlike the lightly flavored pork XLB, this version packs a heavy punch of crab/seafood flavor that was awesome. Perfect skin to them too. 4.5/5
- Caryn H.July 25, 2015Steamed veggie dumplings, pork wonton in PB spicy sauce, Xiao long baos, tripe with spicy sauce and rice cake with mushroom and snow cabbage were all very good.
- Kenny KhuuSeptember 20, 2018The xiao long bao had a thin yet pliable skin that was perfect to hold the tasty soup (light flavor) and meat. It was like picking up a water balloon of deliciousness. 4/5
- QNS MADEJanuary 17, 2016The best soup dumplings we've had. Their cold dishes are also a favorite of ours - wood ear salad, wine chicken, and cucumber. Be sure to try their soup noodles and dinner dishes.
- Christina ChinDecember 6, 2015Amazing soup dumplings! Got Shanghai pan fried noodles which were also good but wish the noodles weren't all chopped up in small pieces, I like slurping long noodles. Place is a trek to get to
- Some of the best XLB in NYC. Prices have gone up for cooked food and some faves are no longer on the menu, not sure if food is good enough for new price points.
- Emily WilsonSeptember 12, 2016Some of, if not the best, XLBs in all of NYC. End your meal with the chocolate XLBs to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Gloria ChinOctober 22, 2013get the vegetarian shanghai bun w/ green skin, champagne milk tea, crispy scallion pancake w/ beef, kung fu beef w/ noodles, pickled cabbage and fish noodle soup
- Helen YunMarch 8, 2014Order the pork and crab xlb and get ready for dumpling action. Scallion pancakes are surprisingly light and not too greasy. This spot is also new and v clean.
- TomAugust 25, 2015My new favorite place for xiao long bao. Their soup dumplings are simply the best in the NYC!
- Try the chocolate XLBs for dessert! The skins are super thin and the filling is Nutella like.
- Probably the most consistently great soup dumplings in NYC. Noodle dishes occasionally too salty though.
- Eva WangDecember 16, 2020Since there is NO indoor dining right now, most of the soup dumplings leaked out while I ate them in my car. Maybe I will try them again at a later time when I can eat them there. It's a bit pricy.
- Louie TsangSeptember 9, 2012This place is new and kinda far off from main of flushing main st and all.. But it's less oily and fresher tasting than nian or joe shanghai IMO.. I'd def come back here more often if it stays afloat.
- Melanie W.September 15, 2013A quick ride on the Q44 to some of the best dumplings in Flushing. The xiao long bao has a delicate skin and savory filling.
- The scallion pancake is crispy and delicious. Rice cake and flies head dishes are good too
- Loofa XLB to start, fish and fowl in the middle and chocolate XLB (filled with Nutella) and done
- SelenOctober 15, 2019We had dan dan noodles, wontons in spicy sauce and kung fu bao, all were great!
- Valentin GuerinMarch 11, 2015One of the best place for soup dumplings, but also try the scallion pancakes
- Lanaa CheenMay 12, 2013Fav Xiao long Bao so far. Def better than joe shanghai. Beef with pepper noodle soup was good too!
- Polina WeitzDecember 3, 2018Try the chocolate dumplings (Nutella-banana!). There is a 8$ min/person charge.
- Kevin KingAugust 4, 2013Besides the obivious dumplings - try the chili pepper with egg over rice! Or fish head stew pot...
- Cash only place. The soup dumpling takes a while so order when you get seated!! The service quality is not too good when crowded
- Claire J SongJune 17, 2015the pork version ramped up with a small amount of crabmeat ($6.95 for six)
- Emily KwanSeptember 8, 2013Must order the scallion pancakes. And of course the xiao long bao w crab.
- Anne WuApril 18, 2013don't bother going anywhere else for soup dumplings. worth the trek for Taiwanese dishes.
- Grace CheungFebruary 17, 2013Light and fluffy rice cakes. Solid soup dumplings - I wanted more! Comfy atmosphere.
- Jing NJanuary 5, 2013The scallion pancake is a great starter - very crispy. Get the steam buns. Noodle Soups were just okay.
- Alice M must be a competitor. This might be the best Shanghai Restaurant in NYC.
- TriciaDecember 4, 2015Food is good depending on what you order (don't get general tso). Wait staff could be better.
- Order those soup dumplings first. Worry about everything else later.
