    Sengkang means "prosperous harbour" in Chinese, & “to chock, block or wedge” in Malay. Name was derived from Lorong Sengkang, a former Malay kampong road, off Lorong Buangkok. Source: Wikipedia

    There is East Loop and West Loop. So, take the correct loop.

    Do ask the Station Manager (light green shirt staffs) for the correct platform to board the train if you are unsure.

    Last train for LRT East/West Loop is about 12:35am. Board the right train and don't miss your train!!!! :D

    Don't stand near the walkway towards the platform, move in so that those running for the LRT could get in without much obstruction.
