Kasey MaAugust 7, 2013When panera finally came to New York, I nearly died. I've been waiting for one to open as I've grown up around so many and love this place. Service is awesome, even when I changed my order.
Lori WhiteAugust 10, 2012Trust a St. Louis native (Bread Co...as it is known in St. Louis, was founded in the land of The Gateway Arch), and get the broccoli cheddar soup and bacon turkey bravo you pick 2. Trust.
Always slow and never any seating, but boy is that broccoli cheddar soup and pecan braid worth it.

Always fresh and great service. Get the Panera loyalty card, you get free stuff and very often!
Great customer service. Very warm, polite and inviting. Their broccoli cheddar soup is out of this world!! Must try.

If you love seafood, add shrimp to your salad. It's kind of expensive, but you get 8 jumbo shrimp for the price.
Yay! There's finally a Panera within walking distance. Frontega chicken with broccoli cheddar is always a failsafe. Staff is pretty nice. Pecan braid has like...2 pecans.

I feel guilty for getting a bagel at a chain, but their asiago bagels are the bomb.
Excellent customer service!!! I have been to many paneras in NJ, PA, and NY. This is definitely the best one I've ever been to!!

I think the sandwiches here are smaller than the sandwiches at non-Manhattan locations.

Give the associates a break, they're trying hard for how long they've been open.
