Beautiful digs to have in a decent part of the city. The building is old but very well maintained. Lobby is laced with old-world charm & the rooms are big and well-appointed. Typical comfy Hilton bed.

This hotel has everything for a conference event. Great architecture. Huge hotel. Rooms are smaller but upgrade to an executive floor for more privacy and free breakfast. Evening snacks are filling.

The location of this hotel is great! The rooms aren’t as nice as the rest of the hotel and the elevators are super slow. Some rooms have 2 bathrooms which makes getting ready in the morning super fast

The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful. The decor is elegant and plush. It looks like a palace in here with many beautiful rooms. I really enjoy the fitness center and pool. My bed comfortable.

Great central location while visiting the great Windy City! ENJOY YOUR VISIT & come back soon! Oh & be sure to enjoy the lakefront, it's a short walking distance. You'll be glad you took my advice!

The SNAX cafe/take-and-go in the lobby is perfectly stocked and super convenient for busy and economic-minded travelers. Music in the lobby and elevator (club dance mix?!) is strange and off putting.

Beautiful hotel, with amazing staff. King rooms were oddly small, but we didn't mind. 2 bars. Dogs allowed up to 40lbs. They charge separate for parking daily, but theres a cheaper garage nearby.

The cafe has amazing pizza, but it'll cost you $6 a slice. Subway, Jimmy John's, McDonald's, CVS, and Walgreen's are all within walking distance and a lot cheaper.

Can't go wrong with this big, downtown hotel. The main hall is impressive. The rooms are plain-jane, but you should be out exploring the city anyway!

$13 a day for wifi is ABSURD, but the rest of the room is great. Super comfy bed, nicely appointed bathroom, and awesome blackout blinds.

The rooms on the 9th floor are considered "business class" and have been completely remodeled/renovated. No view, but clean and updated...and there is a mini fridge.

Old hilton. Good: in Chicago, off of michigan ave. lake view room is nice if you can get it. Their website has false advertising. Jr suite does not have full lake view. I could hardly see lake.

This is a nice hotel, however, our first room had bugs of some sort accumulate on the ceiling. We were given another room and a credit upon explaining the situation.
