- Adam LeinAugust 14, 2014The ferry used to be free, but now it's $2. Unless you get there before noon on the weekends, then it's free.Upvoted 1 week ago
- Andrew CJuly 31, 2018This ferry is quick + very direct, it is free with NYC or military or student ID... but not as nice or comfy - compared to city ferry, with food and drinks for sale!
- Careful: they check bags for alcohol before boarding on the weekends. If you want to bring wine for your picnic take the ferry from Wall St or Brooklyn instead.
- Sarah KimDecember 26, 2019Horrible when it’s time to go home after a festival or rave. Always leave 10 minutes before the last performance so you can beat the crowd. Trust me on this one. Your body and friends will thank you
- FYI: The ferry is no longer free! Granted it's only $2 roundtrip for adults, but the fact that they charge now was not highly publicized.
- Irena PierovaAugust 18, 2022very rude staff: guy didn’t allow us to stay in the shade with the baby while we were waiting for the ferry, he used ghetto-style language to make us go away.
- Jonathan SwerdloffSeptember 2, 2012The schedules appear to be more like guidelines, +/- a few minutes.
