- The hype has faded!!!👍 There is not much people as compared to the 1st 2 weeks since this mall opened. The mall has a lot to offer and a nice alternative to Compasspoint Mall.

- Jess ThiaDecember 4, 2014Good self-sufficient neighbourhood mall with many affordable eateries. Still crowded on weekday afternoon 5+pm. Carpark full quite quickly eventhough its digged till Basement 5.

- Food wise, sushi express, paradise inn, din tai Feng... movie theatre: shaw... nice place to visit... not very crowded.

- All basements level are pretty crowded. It is worst during peak hours.
- Now the crowds are not as bad as when it was in their first few weeks.
- BHG is pretty small with very limited selections. Well, having a small department store is better than nothing.
- I'm not even sure why is there a queue at songfa bkt. It's not even good.
