    Authentic Georgian, Russian, and Armenian food. Start with khachapuri and then enjoy some khinkali with tkemali sauce.

    How to eat khinkali: put some pepper on top. Pick it up. Bite a very small hole in the side and suck all the juice out. Eat the rest, except the knot on top. Take a shot of vodka. Repeat.
