- After dropping off your car, take the elevator to the 4th floor to board the train (instead of 1st floor, as the signs tell you, where you have to take another elevator or the escalators).Upvoted Mar 9

- Of you are dropping the car off on the top level no need to follow directions to airtrain. Go to the check in area to access it without going down and back up again.
- Love the train system in SFO. Hope in one and you will appear rite in front of all the rental companies except Hertz is 1 level down.
