Can't actually see Sutro Tower from the top. I recommend entering near the intersection of Stanyan & 17th St. You get more green time that way.

Some of the only legal mountain biking in SF. Very well marked trails, all fun. Find maps and volunteer opportunities at the Sutro Stewards and SFUR websites.

Follow the trail as far west as you can for last, highest sunset view in the City.

Solid place for a quiet hike. Not too crowded like other places around SF. Watch out - tends to be a bit muddy.
