- One of my favorite workouts because every class is different. Usually the easiest to get into out of the 3 NYC locations. Good layout. Treadmills starting to get pretty worn out

- Amazing classes with amazing instructors. Strength training and cardio is combined via interval training. Look and feel better, stronger!

- I really like Rebecca Kennedy's class. She teaches a really hard class, but still nice (while telling you to run faster and lift more)
