The courtyards are amazing! It takes some time for the fire places to start up, but totally worth the wait :-)

The Mission Bay trail out back is spectacular and there is kayak storage in the parking garage.

The rear entrances are sometimes easier to get to your apartment and are a nicer walk!

Parking Stinks. 9am-6pm, and then.. 12am-2am street cleaning. To that, i say Pooie! You (parking) stinks!

This whole place is a mess: under construction for months, no update, security issues and an awfully expensive rent for nothing like a "luxury apartment building" Can't wait for my lease to end! 😡
