Really poor van service considering you are 5 minutes from the airport. The attached restaurant "Good Eats" is not bad. Good lunch specials in weekdays

For those of you here for training with ExpressJet, the study rooms have some sort of a mildew issue and smell terrible. Shuttles to & from the airport are ridiculously slow, 1+ hour ave., & careful if items shipped to the hotel, the staff loses them supposedly
Tuesday night free drinks & hors d'ourves at the Priority Club Reception. Plus door prizes & karaoke

If you're here for UA classes, you should have gone to ORD, because the hotel they use there is so much better!
If your staying in the d-wing then you are slumming!!
Avoid this place...shuttle never shows up in a decent time. Plan on 45 minutes
