OMG this place is so good I can't even complain about the hours spent in line just to get a table. Great ramen, delicious crispy rice + spicy tuna, fair prices. Don't miss it when in Silver Lake.

The broths are simmered for 16 hours and then loaded with soy sauce, dried seaweed, green onion, spinach and, of course, those addictive Chinese-style wheat noodles. Read more

Get the spicy Tonkotsu ramen, with chicken, & add tofu, & an egg. I recommend medium, as you can gradually mix chili in the broth & remove the rest once you achieve suitable spiciness for your taste.

The crispy rice and spicy tuna is the most delicious. Also if you order an extra egg with your ramen, you get a whole (not a half!) which is perfectly cooked.

The tonkatsu ramen is excellent, make sure to get an extra egg. The pork is roasted which makes it interesting. The parking is terrible, there’s a tiny lot and metered street parking.

Super friendly service. Simple and very authentic menu. Tried the shoyu ramen with chicken + add egg and it was GOOOOOOD. Parking is just a bit difficult but will definitely be back.

Great broth, go with a small group and sit at the bar if you can. I you're not sure about spice just ask for it on the side so you can add it yourself

Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice is some next-level deliciousness that you NEED to get on, regardless of what you're ordering. Jalapeño slice brings it all together.

For Vegeterians they have Vegetable Ramen. Service was excellent. If you can't find a parking meter parking on the street the shopping center where the restaurant is located has a $5 valet parking.

The pork belly is delicious. You can tell that they cooked it a really long time. Chashu Pork Rice is a must! Deep fried gyoza is deep fried to perfection. The crispy spicy tuna is super good!

I was told that it was "even better than Daikokuya." I don't know about that, but Silver Lake Ramen is a solid choice. Try afternoon dining to skip the long lines at night.
