There is a good service operating on the victoria line and also there is a good service in all other London underground lines. This voice sounds like the beginning of Half Life 2! So cool, isn't it?
The better way to commute if you are not in the middle of central London- The member of staff on the overground with the put-on American accent is a novelty at first but very, very annoying after a while.

Now you can go all the way south on the East London line without a change at Dalston. Great for those rainy days.

There is a worker at overground platforms on mornings that will makes you a happier day.
Bus 30 is great to go to Hackney Wick passing by Dalston in case the overground isn't working
A good amount of trains come through here. Having a tube line attached is a massive bonus!
What an odd network the Overground is. I asked the guard/man giving train info what time a train was due, his response - "I don't like to commit to giving exact times". Curious.
It's a train station no more no less good to wait at for overground as not in the bad weather
Surrounded by cool pubs and a new entrance for 2012!
V1 Doodlebug destroyed original Highbury & Islington Station and nearby buildings 27th June 1944. 26 killed, 150 injured.- Regular morning overcrowding on the Victoria line. Avoid if possible.
When are they going to put a lift down to the Victoria Line? It would solve a lot of people's problems.
