The ticket machine is always either vandalised, impossible to see or operate, or has a big queue. The staff inside are pretty helpful though.
Some of the audio messages/warnings are laughably late. Be mindful as some of the fast trains are screaming oast the platform before the warming is announced.
Lots of stairs so not great if you have a buggy (and impossible in a wheelchair pretty much)
- The 0628 to London Bridge is full of passengers who are either too selfish to give up spare window seats they're hogging or fall asleep and spread themselves over tables. Avoid.
