Central Standard accomodated our party of 14, courteous staff, the place is so mod, nice & fantastic food! Mel was our waitress, she was awesome. I highly recommend! Texan Paloma cocktail is splendid!

Great brunch menu - stuffed French toast is amazing, split with someone else/table. Hangover Tostada is spot on (don't forget a carafe of sparkling sangria to wash it all down)!

Good food and great customer service! Waited less than 5-10 minutes for our check and they brought out two free desserts while we waited for the inconvenience. Super nice waitress too.

Been here 5+ times
get the southern breakfast: knob creek, 8 candied bacon infused black cherries, maple syrup, ginger beer. it's a whiskey drink with the right amount of sweet.

The Caesar vinaigrette on the grilled Caesar salad is fantastic. A little pricy to add chicken or steak but worth it.

Loved the prime rib sandwich and fried goat cheese. Our server was very attentive and Chris the manager was also welcoming.

Save ur time & $$. The Texan bloody was bland as were the fixin's & food. Our waitress provided subpar service. Jose Luis was superb in his position, so he was elevated our experience. Chris did, too.

Tip to the chef- 1. cook the toast in a salamander not open flame tasted like cooked gas. 2. Too much thyme/onions on oysters, powered the delicate taste of the oysters. - only 6 letters left..
