- TingSeptember 25, 2015Especially for solo travelers, this is a good and cheap option into the city during peak hours to avoid the traffic jam. 30mins, 45B. Can change to Metro or BTS if your destination is near one.Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Cheapest way to go to the city. Cost is THB45 & takes around 30min. Last stop is Phaya Thai near shopping belt. They terminated direct service so train makes stops at all stations.*It's always packed*

- This station is the easiest and quickest to add value to your existing card or buy a new card,, Plus, it's the only station that's entirely indoors and A/C
- Ticket machines give changes in coins !!! If you travel from here to Phaya Thai and put 100-baht banknote, you will receive 5 of ten-baht coin and a 5-baht coin ... Kinda heavy.
- K PJuly 5, 2011No lift or escalator from Phayathai platform to 1f (but there's a lift from 1f to G). So make sure you can carry all your luggages to going down by stair there ;)
- Express is twice the price. Only links to underground, a good walk from station. Choose City Line save money and get straight on Skytrain. Save money too

- I should have asked about round trip ticket. It should be reasonable for you.

- Have baggage? Find the lifts up or down. It'll make your life much easier
