- If the car is full, slyly hover over some seats- when the train stops at 59th, sit down before anyone knows what happened!

- As a bartender I find myself waiting a very, very long time at night and even longer on the weekends....BTW Where is the bar car?
- In the morning rush hour it could get very crowed so try and get in line.. Because if you don't you'll be in it for a long one

- If going manhattan bound you can see a great view of the NYC skyline on the right

- Check the inside of your train before you stay on it. Sometimes trains that say "N" on the outside are actually R trains!!

- Caitlin HayJune 5, 2011No inbound trains stopping in Astoria. Again. Take it outbound and don't get off at Astoria Blvd to switch sides with everyone else. You'd catch the same train anyway and you won't lose your seat.
- Get on the front of the train to manhattan..more space....to stand..lol
