- Social News NetworkDecember 4, 2013Excellent atmosphere, walking in you feel like you've stepped into a part of Iran. The food is delicious and served in large portions. Whatever you get, be sure to order a side of their tasty hummus!
- Sasha SadraiAugust 15, 2014It's not a real Persian restaurant unless they give you freshly baked bread and herbs and feta: they def do! Keep in mind that these apps will keep on coming if you ask so you can share the koobideh!
- EaterOctober 8, 2013The little butter packet might seem at odds with your dish, but you must put it on the rice. The hummus, beef kubideh and dill rice are must-taste items. [Eater 38 Member]
- This place has the best Hummus as long as you like Garlic. The Cranberry Rice is also great. I have never had anything here I didn't like and it is great for groups.
- Arnold AguilarJuly 11, 2013Anything grilled is excellent. We enjoy Jujeh (Cornish hen) and Shishleek (beef fillet). The hummus is also a favorite. The warm flat bread and fresh herbs and cheese are a nice compliment.
- Gracie K.April 11, 2013Very good spot. Family style service. Food is always fresh. Quiet spot to clear your head for lunch. Great bread!
- Houston ChronicleAugust 3, 2014Don't miss: Kashk bademjan (eggplant dip); must museer (yogurt and shallot dip); tah sigh (crispy rice); khorake karats (lamb shank stewed with herbs). Read more
- Try the Vegetarian Plate - Hummus, lentil soup, and Persian salad, accompanied with fresh herbs and house tafoon bread. Enough for 2-3 meals!

- Probably the best Persian restaurant in Houston. The food is reasonably priced. The service might disappoint you sometimes.
- Shahara AndersonApril 18, 2015Food is amazing, can't go wrong with their beef dishes or their salads. Will definitely return.
- Atul AdditechJuly 30, 2011Great service and fair prices. Huge portions- ask your server for half portions unless you are absolutely famished. Get a cup of their hot tea.
- The khubideh kabobs are delish, feeling more adventurous try the ghormeh sabzi.
- Jason KatesDecember 12, 2011Order anything on the menu because I could literally recommend it all. I prefer the beef barg. I love the hummus.

- Haley ClevelandApril 21, 2013Max is our server everytime we go into town & eat there. Great service, amazing food, & their baklavah is the best!!
- Some GuyOctober 17, 2014Khobideh (chicken and beef) are out of this world. Tadigh with ghormeh was 'meh' but first time I have had the latter. Maybe I just do not like them.
- Mahnaz MadjidiMarch 6, 2016I can get enough every week I have to go there it doesn't get old. Delicious
- Ileana SalinasNovember 17, 2011Try the Hummus its fantastic & the Chicken Kabobs with the fluffy white rice! Delish!

- Sarah UnderwoodJuly 11, 2011Hummas is out of this world and the Chenjeh (skewers of filet mingon) is a must have!!!
- Hard to find good chicken kubideh out there this is the best plus sour cherry rice.
- Roberto Bruder AguiarMay 7, 2018Very disappointing. They serve their pita bread with hummus for more than 30 min. Table full of hungry people and we got the food much later after getting our belly’s full of bread. Not good.
- Ghada A.MSeptember 12, 2017The food is delicious😋chicken and meat with rice, unfortunately we couldn't order Kabab it finished. Need to be more clean in concerning hair I found hair in two plates😔
- Allen ArcadeApril 25, 2010Avoid Thursday lunch crowd. Go early. Must wait for tables occasionally. Get some kabob combo for your first visit before venturing into more of the menu.
- There seems to have been a recent change in management and the service is now a disaster. Expect a long wait for a table with a disorganized hostess stand, and inattentive and slow waiter service.
- The taftoon bread and hummus is probably the best I've ever had.
- The Hummus, Kubideh, and Filet Mignon is off the hook must have, great food, great service.
- The Kashke Bademjan is amazing, must gey it, you will not regret it! Yummmmmmmm.....
