Joaquin GuerraJanuary 24, 2013Lauren is the bomb dot com. Best place to get your hair cut, beard trimmed and catch up on the most esoteric men's magazines. Get your mind out of the gutter bc this is one classy club.
The wait can be lengthy since they don't do reservations. However, the haircut is worth it. Jerold was meticulous, and when he was done, the haircut was identical to sample picture I showed him.
Highly recommend, quality products and a unique experience. They take the time to talk to you and make you feel right at home. Most importantly, you come out with a great haircut.
Absolutely amazing experience. The environment is cool and cordial. There are no appointments so just stop by and wait - definitely well worth the wait.
Excellent atmosphere. I travel from Anacostia to Adams Morgan without hesitation to see my barber Akil. They treat you like you are valued.

Make sure you get there at least 20 minutes before they open (on weekdays), or be prepared to wait a while (Hour+). I've heard it's even worse on weekends.
Great barbershop for a detailed cut. Rosa upstairs is a great homie.
If you want to be first in line for your barber on a Saturday, get here an hour early. Moreso before a big holiday.
Always a consistently tight men’s cut, and beard trim. Queue up early!
