Victoria GraceJuly 6, 2015Friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. close to the shopping center. But the pool is too small and very crowded.I've got 1 free Spa Massage :)
Love it! Great hotel with awesome f&b outlets, facilities, and service! Enjoy the free wi-fi, it is so extremely fast even for a non-staying guest...
The staff service strikes me as the most pleasant in my life! Every chance they get, they will try to delight your day!

Coba buffet di Restauran Syailendra, banyak pilihan yang enak2. Try the Buffet at Syailendra Restaurant, its even provide food if you have any allergy :-)

Nice bed/living room, cozy bath room with standard facilities for 5stars hotel; shower, wide bath tub, etc and max security. So recommended for you that need more privacy.
studylaneDecember 16, 2010This hotel is beautifully appointed, service is excellent, facilities are good. Just be prepared for incredible security to get into the place, and certain designated smoking areas inside!
They have the best water pressure of any hotel I've recently stayed at in SEA.

Pretty good hotel, but ageing hotel. Wouldn't give it more than four stars. Rooms are small, pool is tiny and lunch buffet is not all that anymore.

Cozy room but lack of standard 5 stars swimming pool :(
The swimming pool lay out is really bad.. When u go there first it won't make u feel want to jump in..
