Jenya SJune 22, 2016Kotteri Hakata Tonkotsu with extra pork and Kimchi👍 Their steamed buns are also good, bbq pork or gluten free chicken. Go for hard noodles - that's the most authentic way (and tastiest too!).

The Shoryu Tonkotsu is a must! So tasty and filling, the pork slices were melting in my mouth, worth the waiting outside in the rain as the place is quite small. Avoid the gyoza, pork inside was dry

Janny said what? JannysaisquoiJuly 11, 2016Kotteri Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen. You can add your own garlic or order the Piri Piri spicy sauce and other additions and adjust it to your taste. I ordered the noodles "hard". There is "extra hard".
Tonkotsu is amazing! Creamy but light! If you want a kick get the piri piri one..or if u want yours more garlicky get the Dracula! Sides have expanded and have quite a variety!
