Been a Z&H fan a long time, but today was disappointing. Worst chai I've ever had. Undrinkable. And the smug barista who wouldn't refund me the crazy $4.25 could use some customer service training.
- Tenzig Norgay - best breakfast sandwich ever. Especially, on a croissant.
