Alicia DunnFebruary 20, 2013I have only done the trail that was blazed blue, it is good for when you are coordinating with a city friend who is afraid of the suburbs.
Walk/ run your dog on the far side of the creek to avoid traffic, then go over the bridge for picturesque views of the water rushing by.
Presidential LibrariesJanuary 24, 2011President Reagan didn't always have to go back to his ranch in California to get a taste of the great outdoors. In 1983, he went horseback riding at the Park Police facility here in Rock Creek Park.
Its very peaceful but make sure you're wearing boots or trail sneakers. Very rocky trails.
The best bike route is the one from Arlington to Rosslyn. The Georgetown trail connecting it to Rock Creek sucks, but it's worth it.

Biking, hiking, concerts, etc! If you live right behind, you may spot an occasional deer in your yard! :)
