Remember to present the correct passport to the officer unless you want to be detained for an hour+ an also smile to the officer. It makes them happier.

Waited aro 30 minutes to get back to JB. Crawling starts at Malaysian side checkpoint. Should learn a thing or two from Singapore. Whenever it gets jam, open more lanes to clear quickly

I have mixed feelings about this check point. Although better than woodlands i am not sure the actual procedures are efficient. I was given a huge LTA bill for driving in #Singapore

There isn't any ATM in Tuas Checkpoint, unlike Woodland Checkpoint, where there are ATM around.

Via 2nd link, I cleared both SG Tuas custom and JB custom in a very short time, i.e. about 30 minutes only in total. Much faster than that via Woodlands custom!

If you're traveling with lots of luggage, Tuas is the most rapid and efficient way, no need to go upstairs. Not crowded than Woodland, Tuas checkpoint is express border to pass Singapore or Malaysia.

Tuas has the worst immigration systems ever. Its rush hour and they only open up one side of the checkpoint. Been stucked in traffic for 2 long hours now. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Would be much more user friendly if (1) there were trolleys, and (2) if serpentine barriers were removed off-peak.
