There is no point to the police department. If you want proof you can always find the cops fooling around and gossiping on Filmore and Casitas Ave instead of actually helping people out.

Give yourself extra time to get to your destination all the main street's max speed limit is 30mph. You will be lucky to even hit 25mph the way everyone drives. :/
