Small city, 85% Hispanic population, mainly good people. Good schools, good small businesses. Don't let the bad press fool you, most of us still care about our neighbors

Check in legitimately. Try that. If you're not at the football stadium, or you're not a tutor for "Green Cities" academy, don't check in those. That's against the foursquare rules. Google it.
