- Matt Ta-MinOctober 1, 2018A shared Cathay & BA lounge. Quite a large open space with lots of seating. Alcohol selection @ the bar is fine, but food is a bit limited to salads & a few heated dishes - it was not that great.
- D.A. ArnesonNovember 1, 2014After many delays and missed connections we appreciated the showers and helpful staff. Good beer and wine. Get here around 3 pm, grab a primo spot and it is a fab place to spend time before a flight.
- Bart LapersAugust 13, 2016Flying American? Get status with non-US Oneworld airline and use this fabulous lounge. You can walk airside from Terminal 4 to Tom Bradley, amazing terminal too!
- Kevin DulinJanuary 1, 2019The taco cart is great! Comes out around dinner time. Otherwise food options are very meh.
- Don Michael AntonioMarch 18, 2017Full bar, Great food, plus fresh DIY juicer machine AND beautiful ginormous space!Love it!
- Paul MasseySeptember 30, 2015A nice relaxing lounge with a great choice of food and drink as well as a whole bank of Apple computers to play with!
- Juan DiezMarch 22, 2016Superb lounge, decent food, great drinks, fast WiFi, huge spaces. Definitely an example of what all lounges should be.
- Conor MyhrvoldDecember 17, 2019Trash lounge compared to a Cathay Business or AmEx Centurion — honestly Plaza Premier Lounges (which are mid range) have about the comparable selection. Spacious but v little food and mediocre.
- Garry TanNovember 27, 2017Lots of space and wasn’t crowded at all for the late HK flight by Cathay Pacific. Really enjoyed a chill time here.
- Ben MackeyAugust 10, 2018Great lounge. Trust Qantas to have great food, good drinks and the closest thing to an Australian flat white you will find in LA.
- PLOctober 15, 2017Better not to be hungry before 11:30am. When you ask where the food is? They say it will be served in 40mn...interesting customer service!?
- nick taylorMay 2, 2016Recently refurbished, really spacious lounge that was quiet. Has great food and a decent bar.
- Carl BlackDecember 4, 2016Ignore the outdated comments about Internet speed. Sit back and enjoy the comfort, decent food, and excellent service!
- izzy delancyJune 3, 2013one of the most comfortable lounges I have ever been... the hot chocolate+tiny marshmallows really made the day!
- T MOctober 22, 2023Offers a reprieve from the hassle and bustle of LAX. Check for departure times and keep an eye on your boarding call.
- Josh AApril 21, 2016Large lounge decent food offerings. Nice bar ambiance. Better than some of the AA lounges but not as good as some flagship offerings.
- Felix TsangNovember 8, 2016disappointed by the limited food choices... especially no noodle bar, which is the staple of all cathay lounges.
- Very classy after renovations. Nice showers, full service bar, decent buffet food and working WiFi.
- Wayne StewartOctober 17, 2011After a long day in the USA and before the godawful flight back home, treat yourself to a shower. You've got 14-15 hours of hell ahead of you. Start off clean & relaxed!
- Anthony MaggioApril 2, 2018Order coffee from the bar (full espresso service) instead of using the machines
- Cesar WazenJune 3, 2017I liked the new refurnished setting and i am not being fair to the rest of the staff here but the rude asian lady at reception ruined my stay! Q
- Ross SheingoldNovember 16, 2014Least relaxing airport lounge ever. Would almost prefer to be in the terminal. Self-serve wine at the bar is nice.
- Frank ForsterSeptember 4, 2015Ok, first off: I don't like BA. But this lounge has definitely impressed me. Full bar? Open Fireplace? Great food selection? Feels like a first class terminal lounge.
- La WangJanuary 28, 2013Agreed with everyone on the terrible wifi and limited power outlets but hey! Great beers!
- anomalilyDecember 4, 2021As of December 2021 the lounge is closed “temporarily” - quantas and British airways flyers (emerald and biz class) can use star alliance lounge o 6th floor but not other oneworld
- John vRJuly 30, 2012The Wifi here - if you do manage to connect - is a JOKE! Come on Qantas, lift your game or you will lose me as a business traveller!
- Gustavo LinAugust 7, 2013People, stop complaining.... Otherwise just go wait with the rest of the ppl at the gate! Be grateful!
- Xavier BoixSeptember 27, 2013Booze is great, wifi sucks. Conclusion: drink like a sponge until you don't care anymore about the wifi speed.
- Lounge is crowded in the evenings.. Put your name down early if you want to use one of the shower rooms..
- Rohan GuptaMarch 26, 2010If you enter in Business class, say something nice to the 1st Class lounge attendent and get access. Once there hit the Champagne, so much better then B-class!
- Mark ZoecklerJanuary 16, 2013Wow really hope the Tom Bradley redo helps out this lounge...tiny and crowded!
- jpli18August 3, 2014If you have that big a lounge, then there needs to be more bathroom facilities... 3 stalls is not enough!
- Angelo FriggieriAugust 18, 2013Showers!!! Private and clean bathrooms. Best thing before a midnight long haul flight.
- Armen SarkisianSeptember 30, 2014No problems with wifi. Food wasn't bad. Negative reviews are likely from peak time visitors
- Luca Federico MancaDecember 1, 2010try the pumpkin soup, so delicate and special. DO NOT EVER bite the lamb dumplings: disgusting
- Marc Oliver HausenAugust 19, 2012Poor Internet speed, no business mag assortment, tiny tables - that's so not LA, so not business, so not lounge, so not Oneworld, so not 21st century - guys you really have to improve your offering
