Absolutely loved it! The BESt place to eat Spanish tapas. The chefs are wonderful people as well. Try the 'bikini ', their specials. Worth it!

As a non-local, it is COMPLETELY worth it that I missed out on local food and dined at El Faro instead. INSANELY good food, I will drive up from KL just to eat here again!

The bikini is good, norwegian cured salmon and truffle fries. Paella was so-so.

Came for the "Dessert on the table" but I think the chef is gone :( The waiter mumbled something about the chef and said maybe he'll be back next month

Ho hum and not better than average food. Looks nice but not a huge amount of flavour. If there were other tapas places in Penang and they had competition, El Faro would not rate as high.
