    Many tour companies offer experiences to watch Sumo practice. Some also offer lunch with the wrestlers. Watching the practice is really interesting. So much dedication to their sport!

    Its courteous to stay to the end of practice which ends between 10am and 11am. So I would advise to arrive around 9:30.
