They have better sound system than many other Kbox outlet. Maybe it's new. And their karaoke system is also more hi-tech.

Sound system faulty. Feedback to the staff and he claimed that technician came to see but cannot help repair. Key too high even when it's at 0 level. Cannot adjust back. Hmm..

Touch screen system. Sound is good but the air con is too cold. Bring a jacket along.

For k lunch, don't opt for the 卤肉面..my portion was soggy while my friend's was extremely dry.

Rude staff with shitty attitude. Small rooms. Other kbox outlets have better sound system too. Patronize other outlets.
