- Nice place to live. Lots of new restaurants, art galleries, multitudes of varying parks, fantastic bars, local activites, a vibrant Downtown & it's minutes from the local beaches. 20 min to DowntownLA
- Pay close attention where you park in this city if you're not using metered parking or a parking garage. Expensive parking tickets! 💸
- Have Patience in the Parking Structure closest to Ugo Wine Bar. People actually try to cheat paying a $1 fee, it leads to a pile-up, tempers flare, people curse & horns honk as pictured here.
