Lewis SmithJune 13, 2016The ticket machines have an option to change the language to English, but bear in mind you need to validate your ticket after you've bought it! This can be done using the green machine by the stairs.Upvoted Feb 12

Young and nice city, add ReiTours on facebook and ask for accomodations and activities!
Consider some extra time to get to the fast trains platform from the main platforms.

Make sure you add some extra walking time for tracks 16-19.

Beware because the station is two in one: West platforms and East platforms. Check accurately where your train is.
If your train is late go to the "frecce" desk in the middle of the station and ask to get to the first departing train.- The new gents toilets are now down stairs , you need 1€ but they are clean !

Jenny M.April 23, 2010Elevators do NOT open until 9am at this station. If you have heavy luggage like I did, schedule your train until after that time.
the waiting room is scarey cos of the 1980 bomb memorial, but makes you think while you're waiting.
