Bernise AngNovember 11, 2016If you order an iced matcha, they prepare the whole drink in front of you, with matcha powder, the brush, and all. Neat experience! The drink was refreshing too :)
Ross HillFebruary 24, 2013Le Loi is one of the main boulevards and if you find yourself wandering along later in the evening make sure you stop in at Chaya cafe to order the stunning matcha brûlée for desert.
You don't expect to find a good Japanese restaurant next to the tourist area in HCMC. But there is. I'd say the food here's great and the place is cozy. The appetizers are tasty!

FionaAugust 7, 2013Stopped here for a quick bite. Iced Vietnamese coffee is decent (not as good as the street stalls of course, wafu pork sandwich half decent, and chawanmushi totally indecent. Come here for drinks only
Nicola PeluchettiFebruary 3, 2013The staff is really nice, i had a sandwich and it was really good. Sapporo draft beer also rocks :D- When all the street vendors have closed for the day - you can always run here before 11pm to get a quick banh mi before bed time.
