Jim McCormickAugust 28, 2013I've traveled a lot over my career and stayed at many hotels but this is the most customer friendly I can recall. EVERYONE has a smile on their face and offers to help with ever staff member you see.

Mike the Shuttle Driver is the bomb! And Bernard the Cook offered to drive us in his own car,awesome guy! Hotel is nice and clean, shuttle goes everywhere, view of tuener field and olympic torch
Very nice hotel. Extra innings is nice and the bartenders are great. Don't count on the shuttle service though, it rarely runs on time, and there's no shuttle service to the airport.

Do not eat downstairs as the could not get our order right and we sat for 20 minutes without drink refills.
