City of Santa Monica

By far the most desirable part of LA to live in, Santa Monica boasts shopping, restaurants and of course ...the beach. High rent, limited space and tourists are a compromise for this prime location.

Santa Monica is one of the best coastal cities in LA. Enjoy a walk on the Strand on a nice day and check out the Annenberg Community Beach House which is open to the public!

Always make sure you check the signs where you park. Sometimes they may have more than one exception for that parking space.

Santa Monica can get cool in the mornings and evenings, so you should always bring a light jacket.

A must if visiting LA. Check out 3rd street for shopping and Hillstone for dinner. The state beach is gorgeous and there are toilets near some public parking spots.

A little coastal city with a beautiful beach .. Too many things to see, activities to do & a variety of attractions to visit .. A charming destination to enjoy while in LA !!

Island monarch coffee( IMC), the best 100% organic coffee in LA. Free wifi, ample parking, 10818A Jefferson blvd. culver city. CA. Great selection of non- coffee drinks, food, pastries. Delicious!

If you want to boogie board and surf, the best times is in the morning. Use one hour parking or park in the meters before 8 and you are set.

Be Careful with Parking. If you know what's good for you, you'll have your timer set up just right to avoid the possibility of getting your vehicle towed or ticketed (that's usually $53 - $120) Yikes!

The Arclight near Bloomingdales has great food but they won't let you eat the great good in the theaters.

A nice place to live, breathe and enjoy the sea and surf. A quaint city by the sea, to leave as clean and pristine as it was discoversdc

Santa Monica Airport (SMO) is a lot of fun. Spitfire Cafe, art markets, Museum of Flight and soccer fields!

For best Parking, Views and to get away from the Crowds— park north of Arizona where there’s tons of public spaces. Best views & least crowded from the flocks of Tourists.

Third street promenade is fun for people watching, shopping, street entertainment and movies.

Always check the parking signs to make sure you can park.

If you are in LA highly recommended to see.Venice beach and the state beach.3rd street for shopping.

Best touristic place in Los Angeles. Stay here, visit the 3rd street promenade and the pier; and then go to either San Diego, Las Vegas or San Francisco.

Adorable little city with plenty to do. From an Apple Store to a Dunkin Donuts. Head down to the pier for the views.

Parking in the neighborhoods requires a permit. Curiously only during the day and not night. Watch for signs.

Find parking on side street across Colorado, from 902 building because it's $10.00 to park in lot & Colorado is ALL torn up with ongoing road construction.

Ye Olde Kings Head for breakfast and football/rugby, Bruno's for lunch or dinner, hang out at the pier during the day or at night, and beer and live bands and Rusty's.

Santa Monica Beaches are much cleaner than the Venice beaches.

There are three theatres at the promenade. AMC 7, Leowa AMC 4, and Arclight.
