Jordan BlockJanuary 26, 2014One of the nicer lounges in the US (especially for a US carrier), but the UA service staff here is horrible. Unhelpful and generally surly. Sarcastic smiles abound.. The waitstaff, however, are great!
The food may be mediocre, but this lounge is really spacious and has a pleasant scent. Eat at Centurion then relax at here. One of the best United lounges.

This is United's old First Class Lounge. Now with the new Polaris lounge, us economy class plebs have to go here.Decent seating and food, but can get very busy!

Kim Loane2 days agoFor an international lounge serving a major airline with a lot of outbound flights this is pretty average. Small and overcrowded with a bleak layout. You get what you get.
