- Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I tried to find a place during a sold out convention. They called me back to offer a room when they had a cancelation, with a more-than-fair price.
- HeatherFebruary 28, 2014Hotel has been updated, rooms are beautiful. Staff is great and I've never had a bad nights sleep here. It IS an active train station but its never bothered me at all. I love the architecture!

Evan[Bu]June 28, 2011Stay in a Pullman Train Car guest room. The guest room is literally in a train car, no joke. Compared to the Amtrak Sleeper, it's a step up. You actually have a bathroom! Very nice (In Borat voice)...
The atmosphere is great here. The only downside is the trains that come through at night...

LoriOctober 1, 2012Executive aren't worth it. All ground level and people were noisy in the atrium eating breakfast, scooting chairs, and letting their kids play. I couldn't open the drapes - felt like a cave.
Beautifully restored Union Station Depot. Train Car rooms are great surprise! Will be returning.

If you are looking for a venue for your event, definitely look into the Grand Hall! It's absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

James MillerSeptember 21, 2014Nice hotel in what used to be a train terminal. Train still runs through. Upgrade your room to a rail car and sleep in a real rail car!! Not free parking. Meh.
Only stay here if you don't want a good night's sleep! Trains rattle the room every hour all night long!

Kelli RaySeptember 16, 2012Don't stay here unless you plan on being silent in your room. Got noise complaints for having a quiet discussion with my roommate and then was insulted by the cop on duty. Horrible customer service

"Hands down BEST place to watch a football game. Got lucky last year and went to 7 of 8 home games, and the playoff game against the Jets. Nothing beats it, especially when the roof it open!"
