Bill OramMarch 21, 2013For reasons unknown, purchases at the gift shop can't be charged to your room. Also: Laundry/cleaning service says back by 7 pm, plan for more like 8:30. Good food menu in bar/restaurant.

The bar is quite small... try going to washington street, ask the concierge to book a cab and get a card from the hotel to come back
