Great classes, just wish they had another kickboxing or MMA class on Sundays, 9a.m. Is hard when you don't live in manhattan. Seems that's who management caters too. No hot water In showers or soap !!

Clean space with everything you need. Nice peeps and empty on off hours, perfect time for a quick sweat.

Amazingness! Didn't think k would ever be addicted to a gym, but UFC Gym's classes made it happen! Just BYOS (shampoo/soap) as they don't have it in the showers :(

Ultimate Fighting Championship is the finest place to learn and practice mixed martial arts. Workouts are designed for fitness buffs and pros.
