This place was horrible. Overpriced, overcrowded, run down dirty. Only 2 elevators for 10 floors. Lines to get in/out of elevators. Waterpark overcrowded not fun or safe for little ones.

HORRIFIC. Garbage not emptied, feces and urine everywhere. Management is awful and guest relations does not exist. My child got a rare form of the flu from visiting. Avoid at all costs.

Found what was thought to be a bed bug. Was totally skeeved and couldn't enjoy anything. Kids run around like wild animals. Nasty parents. No supervision from staff.
