While I never like off-site car rental facilities; MDW has a dedicated road for their buses to use to get to their facility. Thus it's much faster than other airports that have offsite facilities!
- David BurkeSeptember 19, 2016Alamo staff were helpful. Our car was clean. Quick shuttle ride to and from airport. Among the better airport rental facilities.
- Great new facility! It's only difficult to navigate if you can't follow simple directions.
This new facility is nice, but what did it add to the cost of flying into Midway? The old one was certainly mote convenient.
Wait. Since when is there an offsite facility?? On site was so darned convenient.
