If the lady is at the window (on Fridays usually), just abort. She'll get your order wrong and skimp on the fixings. Otherwise, the spicy veg or chicken tacos are my fav food truck dish.

Shrimp tacos are great, chicken is mediocre and fish tacos are bad. Stick with the shrimp.
