Great Crossfit box, with strength, CF, met-con and Olympic weightlifting classes. Ricardo the resident massage therapist is also amazing!

This is an amazing gym. Great space but more importantly, super friendly and professional staff that make newcomers feel welcome and teach life-long skills in a way that is easy to understand.
