- Spread over three levels. DLR Platform 1 => Woolwich Arsenal, 2 => Stratford International, 3 => Beckton / Woolwich Arsenal, 4 => Tower Gateway / Bank. Jubilee Line on Platforms 5 and 6
- If you're going to Heathrow on the express, change at baker street for bakerloo line .. Its a much shorter interchange than waterloo. (no stairs either!)

- SachaDecember 11, 2019Expect to queue for the westbound Jubilee at peak times. More space at the front of the train. Or you have a spare 10 mins, hop on the eastbound to Stratford to guarantee a seat back west
- Nathan PhillipsFebruary 19, 2014DLR poorly signed from the underground. Check out the display next to the escalators to find out if you need to go up or down. It might be showing system performance but it will change.
- If you're getting the first train on Sunday, get there early. It's usually packed!
- On a hot day, the underpass that leads to the ticket barriers is usually quite cool.

- Signage about from which platform to get trains to Woolwich Arsenal via London City Airport could be better, especially for passengers arriving on the Jubilee line.

- Hungry? Trot 10 minutes down the high street and grab a Junior Spesh (mayonnaise 20p more).
- Mark DandoOctober 3, 2011If switching jubilee to beckton, look across at the lower dlr platform. If its 5mins or less, head there instead of the upper dlr platform.
- You can change here for DLR to Woolwich Arsenal via City Airport and for Jubilee Line, and soon DLR to Stratford International
