Sean RoyerApril 22, 2013Nice Hotel. Got it for $89 a night with a AAA discount. Pool and Fitness room were closed. No business center to work in- puzzling to say the least. Not a lot near the hotel, must get a cab.

Next door to the Metra and Conference Center without having to walk outside. Good staff and restaurants inside, too.
Didn't expect much for the price I payed but was extremely impressed with the renovated rooms and accommodations. Pool opens up early so have a soak before you get your day started!

Uhmm. There is three restaurants here.... Plenty of food. Awesome service and the bellmen are incredibly friendly

The men's restrooms near the conference rooms across the road from the hotel, are very very disgusting! They haven't been cleaned since tuesday morning!

Yode KOctober 8, 2017Far too expansive for a too low quality of service. They even make you pay the small bottle of water 4 dollars in your room. For the price of the room, really? And the rooms are just basic hotel rooms

- They mopped they mens bathroom by the conference rooms across the street from the hyatt, all they did was move the urine around, it was sticky and they did a piss poor job of cleaning it up

ChristopherJune 16, 2012The bar service is slow and they act like you are doing them a favor. The parking lot A is not on site and the walk back to the hotel is ridiculous
