Rooftop spot on 40th & 3rd. Great spot to get away from the office or enjoy your lunch break. Gets extremely crowded during normal lunch hours, especially between 12:30-1pm
MatthewJuly 18, 2014This is NOT Grand Central Station. It is a public rooftop plaza at the corner of 3rd Ave & E 40th St. Quite relaxing on a Summer Friday at 5pm. Check it out if you have time to kill b4 a train.
