Facilities are not amazing -- prefer Burn and Uforia. However, it's a good workout for 40 minutes. Make sure to start with a Foundations class to get used to the reformer and moves!

Listen to the instructor to reduce transition time btwn exercises (my cheat rest) to really maximize your 40 min here.
