Amex Platinum is the key to free entree. Small, hidden across Gate 25 but better than sitting in the terminal. Free WiFi, Almonds, cashews and Pete's coffee and Tea. No Dilmah tea though.

There's one shower for use but bring your own shampoo.. No hair dryer. Also, second the other reviewer about the breakfast sandwich. Skip and get the continental if here for breakfast!

Free Peet's decaf and regular coffee, Chex snack mix, assorted tea selection, and bar offers alcoholic drinks, a small selection of continental breakfast items, and desserts.

Flash your useless Platinum Amex to get into this cozy lounge for free. Space is a bit sparse, and the snacks could be better, but coffee is free and there are plugs everywhere. I took a nap.

It's only $25 but it's really not worth it. It's very small, not especially comfortable and the complimentary food and drink offerings are meagre (Pepsi, coffee, tea, trail mix). Really poor.

$25 to get in. They give you a $10 credit for food/bar. If you go over the amount, you pay the difference. If you don't spend all the credit, you don't get it back. Delta's lounge is way better.

Little used lounge in Terminal 5 across from gate 23. Free access (+2 guests) and a $10 food or drink credit for AMEX platinum holders. Free coffee and soft drinks.

Whatever you expect here, you can find it outside the lounge free of cost, of course except showers.

Small lounge, kind of hidden in the far corner of the terminal. Gets super full during weather delays.

Skip the breakfast classic. Must be microwaved. I bit into mine and it was cold in the middle. Bacon + cold in the middle + flight = not pleasant.

Platinum Amex gets you $10 for each guest-- not much to spend it on unless you want a cocktail. Tight space, only 2 bathrooms, doesn't hold a candle to other lounges. Staff at door was also v rude.

Small, but Amex Platinum gets you in free with a $10 credit. Plenty of booze but limited good menu. Wifi and charging stations.

The lounge provided WiFi is slow. You're better off connecting to JetBlue's free T5 WiFi.

Easily the dirtiest least kept airport lounge In which I've ever been. Skip it.

Pretty tiny, but decent lounge. Aer Lingus passengers receive the majority of the menu for free, everyone else gets a $10 credit.

$10 dining card? Literally the most tacky thing I've ever seen in a lounge - which is windowless and airless. Complaining to @AmericanExpress: supposed to replace UA, AA with this?!

Crowded dirty and noisy, this lounge was worse than the terminal seating.
